The position

As an Project equipment responsible you will be responsible for ensuring that all our equipment is in place when needed, up and running at the right time for this major project. 

The position is in Luleå, in the north of Sweden. The duration of the employment is approximately 18-24 months. You will be reporting to the Project manager.

Your key responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance, repairs, and equipment usage, with a focus on safety and efficiency, while being mindful of costs
  • Organize equipment with the support of Keller-Operations
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all tools, machines, and spare parts
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules 
  • Ensure all equipment is inspected regularly for wear, damage, and compliance with safety standards
  • Coordinate or perform routine servicing and emergency repairs
  • Keep maintenance logs up to date
  •  Work closely with both product lines, workshop and project management

We’re curious to get to know you
We believe that you will make a good fit for the position if you have the following qualifications:

  • Technical education or an equivalent relevant technical background
  • Knowledge of the construction contracting industry, with a particular focus on machinery, technology, and execution
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is required, Swedish and any other European languages are a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
