The position

As Construction Manager specializing in special foundation works at Keller you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and sustainable geotechnical solutions together with your team. As an experienced construction manager, this is the project you would want to work within!

The position is in Luleå, in the north of Sweden. The duration of the employment is approximately 18-24 months. 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, incl. timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies
  • Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to project manager
  • Manage geotechnical construction works such as DC, vibro & soil mixing
  • Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, incl. milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

We’re curious to get to know you
We believe that you will make a good fit for the position if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or ground engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks
  • English (written & oral) is a must, Swedish and any other European language is a plus
  • Software skills in MS Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders
